NBGS USA stocks N95 particulate masks for daily consumer use in retail, foodservice, hospitality, supermarkets and other settings as protective PPE against potential transmission of Covid coronavirus, influenza and other diseases. While many people with no Covid-19 symptoms wear single layer facemasks in hopes of protecting others, these N95 facemasks feature four different layers of filtration to protect the mask wearer by creating a barrier designed to block airborne particulates, aerosols and fluids from entering the nose or mouth.

Similar respirator masks are often used in hospitals, nursing homes, physicians’ offices and other healthcare environments and anywhere severe pollution is prevalent and air quality cannot be guaranteed. They are also standard protective equipment on construction job sites and in industrial facilities where breathing ambient dust is a daily hazard proven to cause lung conditions and a very real safety risk that needs to be mitigated.

Manufactured in the USA to strict N95 specifications for particle filtration (but not NIOSH-certified), our N95 respiratory protective masks integrate these key, high-tech materials:

• Layer One: hydrophobic, non-woven polypropylene to block fluids, resist moisture buildup and filter particulates
• Layer Two: melt-blown, non-woven fabric barrier to filter and isolate germs, bacteria, and harmful particulates
• Layer Three: a second melt-blown, non-woven fabric barrier doubles the level of protection from germs, bacteria and harmful particulates
• Layer Four: hydrophilic, non-woven polypropylene to absorb water, sweat and saliva while maintaining breathability

In addition to providing a high level of filtration protection against airborne and fluid-borne pathogens, our N95 respirators are easy to put on and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The single- use respirator mask shape conforms to the face and a built-in, extra long, aluminum nose piece invites quick adjustments to assure a safe, secure, proper fit. Soft ear loops remain in place even in high motion jobs without tearing or pilling lint.

These N95 facepiece respirators are individually pre-packaged and sealed in a sanitary facility to prevent contamination and ensure a superior level of cleanliness upon removal and application. The disposable respiratory face masks are currently in stock and stored in our FDA-registered, climate-controlled facility in New Jersey.
